Design Process

The design process for Little Stackers was meticulously executed to ensure alignment with our design objectives. Here’s a concise overview of our approach:

Research and Ideation:
Conducted extensive market research to understand parental needs and pain points related to baby and toddler feeding products. We gathered direct feedback from parents to pinpoint issues regarding clutter and aesthetic preferences.

Concept Development:
Through collaborative brainstorming sessions, our design team generated innovative solutions. We explored various materials like silicone cups and considered ergonomic handle designs for enhanced comfort and usability.

Prototyping and Refinement:
Prototyped the sippy lid to utilize the natural springing of the straw, facilitating child-friendly usability. Throughout rigorous internal testing, we focused on optimizing stackability, stability, and compatibility with both baby bottle and sippy cup configurations. Iterative improvements were made based on feedback, including the addition of a valve to prevent leaks. Independent testing by SGS ensured adherence to stringent safety and quality standards.

Final Design:
Selected high-quality, BPA-free materials and emphasized an aesthetic transformation from clinical to stylish, meeting modern home decor standards.

Professional Execution:
Partnered with experienced manufacturers to uphold precision and quality during production. Rigorous quality control measures were implemented to maintain product excellence.

Meeting the Design Brief:
Little Stackers effectively reduces home clutter with its stackable, multifunctional design. It offers seamless transition between bottle and sippy cup, exceeding functionality expectations. The product’s fashionable appeal enhances its desirability for both home and on-the-go use.
